How are the meals prepared?
They are prepared daily at our Artisan Food Facility by our award-winning team of Chefs using the finest local ingredients.
How are the meals packaged and portioned?
In individual portion sizes, exactly as you would serve to the customer.
How is the food delivered and how often?
We are currently negotiating local supplier partnerships nationwide for daily delivery.
Is there a minimum order volume required in order to qualify for delivery?
Yes, 20 meals.
How should the meals be stored?
In a fridge at less than 4°C. Each dish has an average shelf life of 5 days.
Do I need a kitchen?
Not a traditional kitchen but you need a working space that has been approved by the HSE. There is no need for a fully functional kitchen.
Do I need EHO approval?
Yes, however Master Chefs will guide you through the entire process.
What equipment is required to operate?
A Master Chefs Regeneration oven, a fridge, a sink, a dishwasher and some work tops.
How many meals can I serve at any one time?
This depends on your individual requirements. Our smallest oven can regenerate up to 40 meals per hour, right up to several hundred.
How long does each meal take to regenerate?
It takes approximately 15 minutes to achieve optimum food quality.
Do I need a Chef?
No, Master Chefs will provide full training to an appointed team member (Catering Assistant or Front of House) for them to manage the process.
Is there training provided?
Yes, our Head Chef will work directly with you to perfect your food service.
What profit margin can I expect?
As running costs are minimal, one can expect 25% - 40% net margin depending on sales mix.
